At RankInsignia.CZ there are shown moroccan naval rank insignia. These follow the French system (though I have read somewhere these days that the stars are set in vertical line):
As the Moroccan naval rank system has four ranks of higher officers,
the upper two would probably be translated both as Captains, so I wander
to what Captain this reffers.

The emblem consists of the pentagram on red disk
(invisible when on red background) behind which are crossed two
anchors topped with the stylized crown. The crown merges with
the rings of the anchors, so that on the first glance look rather
different from the stylized crown on the Civil
and Naval Ensigns, but it is not. This
same emblem is used as aircraft marking on
naval aircrafts, but there the star is green.

The Album 2000 [pay00] shows
a ≅5:7 red flag with the yellow naval emblem in the
middle.

The Album 2000 [pay00] shows
a ≅5:7 red flag with the yellow naval emblem in canton
and two yellow five-pointed (fully filled) stars one above the other in
the middle of the flag.

The Album 2000 [pay00] shows
a 6:11 red swallow-tailed flag with yellow stylized crown in canton.
The crown is larger then in the ensigns.

The Album 2000 [pay00] shows
a ≅6:11 red triangular pennant with yellow stylized crown in canton.
The crown is larger then in the ensigns,
but smaller the in the captain’s flag, no doubt
to fit nicely in the tirangle.
The ratio is given as ≅6:11 and in the captain’s flag
as 6:11 exactly — I wander if one of the two is not maybe a typo (though
I can’t say which one).

This is either for the lower two, or lower three higher officer ranks.
