Divided horizontally in three - the upper field blue,
the middle one gold, and the lower one red.
Jan Oskar Engene 11 Apr 1996, quoting
[kra81]
From a photo at http://www.leemann.li/images/flagrugg.gif,
it seems that in hanging form both [flag and arms] are
combined to one flag.
Dov Gutterman, 07 Aug 2002
The arms are red with a golden ear of corn on a
wavy azure strip fimbriated white. The colours are
the ones of the national flag.
The corn symbolises the victory of the farmers over
the wildness of the Rhine River which now flows
between dams. The arms were adopted on 16 August
1956.
