Dark purple - red - white- very dark green - black horizontal stripes with narrow white stripes separating the dark colours and the central white stripe about 4x wider than the other stripes. In the center, extending further than the white stripe, a golden helm wheel charged with two brown crossed anchors, united by a chain, also brown.
