"The town of Viterbo has a flag of two colors, blue and yellow, as two vertical stripes of not equal sizes, which is hoisted, together with the national flag, outside Palazzo dei Priori, the town hall, when the town council meets, and in other places in occasion of important events and local festivities".
It doesn't say how the stripes are sized.
Viterbo is in Viterbo province, Latium.
