About the SEATO flag

SEATO (Southeast Asian Treaty Organization) existed from 1954 to 1977.

Based on Barraclough & Crampton (1981) the lines of longitude are blue on white, but reversed to white on blue in the lower right quadrant. The colour of the SEATO flag is described as 'sky blue'. Dimensions are given as 'two by three, and the shield was two-thirds the width'.
