Ziggioto (1998) differs slightly, noting "The flag of de State of Jhabua was saffron red, swallow-tailed with in the canton the white footprints of Krsna (used 1607-1948). The prince's standard was rectangular in the same colors and in the center the same footprints (probably referring to an episode in the Purana." The image in Ziggioto's book was made by Lucien Philippe and Roberto Breschi.
