Regional Council Hevel Eilot (biblical reference to Kings A 9, 26) is the southmost Regional Council in Israel, situated in the South Arava Valley, just north of Eilat. Est. 1964 with 2,800 inh. in 11 settlements.
White with blue emblem are the desk flag colours. I made also one with the emblem in natural colours. There could be changes when dealing with hoisted flags. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 1171, 1 April 1965.
