Local Council Yero'ham is situated in the Negev, 32 km SE of Be'er Sheva and south of Dimona. Est. 1951 with 9,000 inh. The best information I could get is that the flag is a monochrome field with emblem, so blue on yellow based on the emblem's original colours could be wishful thinking only. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 1470, 29 August 1968.
