Local Council Tuba-Zangariya is situated in the Upper Galilee, east of Rosh Pina. Est. 1903, achieved Local Council status in 1988. Population 4,500, all of them Bedouins from Arab el-Heib tribe.
In my visit on 18 September 2001 I saw a white flag with the emblem in natural colors and no inscription. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot, Yalkut ha-Pirsumim), YP 4040, 10 September 1992. There is a small emblem at this webpage so I used the one in the gazette. I made it blue but on the flag it is in natural colours.
