Local Council Shavey-Zion (meaning returners to Zion) is located on the coastline between Akko and Nahariya. It was established in 1938 and has 850 inh. Mr. Uri Gefen, Council Archivar wrote me that Shavey-Zion uses an unofficial flag and sent me a real sample. It is 2:3, with a white emblem and semicircular inscriptions on a blue field.
