Local Council Savyon (meaning ragwort) is situated east to Tel-Aviv, next to Kiriat Ono. Est. 1952, pop. 3,600. I spotted a flag at the city hall and elsewhere, green with yellow emblem and inscription below. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot, Yalkut ha-Pirsumim), YP 3012, 12 January 1984. Source: author's own observation, 19 September 2001; local council website.
