Description

Local Council Ramat Yishai (named after Israel Yehuda Adler, a philantrop who donated for its establishment) is situated on west Jizrael valley, on the main road between Haifa and Nazareth (Road 79). It was established in 1925 and has 4,500 inh. There were two logo-on-bedsheet flags on the city hall, blue emblem on a light blue and a yellow fields. The one on the blue background was spotted also at the local nursery school. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 1520, 25 April 1969.
