Local Council Kfar Vradim (meaning roses village) is situated in north Tefen region at the western side of the Upper Galilee mountains, on the northern sloops of Mt. Eshkar. It was established in 1982, has 3,000 inh. (planned to reach 12,000) and enjoys a very high rate of living standards. Its flag is a logo on white.
