Local Council Kfar Manda (Kafar Manda) is situated on the Lower Galilee region on the sloops of Mount Atzmon, northwest of Bet-Netofa Valley and 16 km north of Nazareth. It was founded about 300 years ago and became a Local Council in 1973. The population is 12,000, all of them Arabs.
The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot, Yalkut ha-Pirsumim), YP 3132, 6 December 1984. The unofficial flag was reported to me as a white flag with emblem. The information has not been confirmed and therefore this flag should be regarded as probable only. Sources: this webpage and this webpage.
