Local Council Kafar Bara is situated in the Sharon region, 7 km NE of Petah-Tiqva and north of Kefar Kasem. A Local Council since 1963 with 2,000 inh. all Muslims. The flag has been reported as a monochrome field with emblem in unknown colour. I used the emblem colours but those are only probable. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 1922, 31 May 1973.
