Local Council Ein Mahl (meaning rest spring in Arabic) is situated on a mount, 5 km NE to Nazareth Illit. A Local Council since 1965 with 8,500 inh., all Muslims. The unofficial flag is reportedly white with blue emblem, probable only until confirmation.
