Local Council Eilabun is situated east to Bet Netofa Valley, 9 km north to Golani cross on road 65. A Local Council from 1973, 3,600 inh., most of them Christians. In my visit all I could spot due to the wind was white flags with something green or yellow on them, presumably the emblem. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut ha'Pirsumim), YP 3839, 31 January 1991.
