Nuštar is a community in the Vukvar-Srijem county, 6,500
inhabitants, 4,000 in Nuštar itself. It is situated some 10
km west of Vukovar.
The coat of arms of Nuštar is Azure Madonna holding the
Child in her dexter sitting on a bench argent and reading from an
open book also argent on her lap (or somthing like that, not the
easiest thing to blazon).
The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle.

I saw The flag when passing though Nuštar a month ago
hoisted on the community building. It is almost visible on the
photo of the building at <free-vk.htnet.hr/nustar>,
however, the flagstaff drawn over it obscures it (the county flag
is although recognizable). Not much important since the photo
would be way to small anyway...
According to my observation there is no yellow border around the
coat of arms in the flag.
