Overview

Nova Kapela is a community with about 5, 500 inhabitants some 35 km west of Slavosnki Brod.
The coat of arms, as it seems to be used by the community (apparently seen only in gray tones) pictures a monument and arches that are infront of the entrance to the church in Nova Kapela, with the name of the community inscribed in the white chief. This is probably not approved by the Ministry, and thus also there should be no flag.
