Beli Manastir is the largest city in the Croatian part of
Baranja, some 20 km north of Osjiek
in the Osijek-Baranja County. In 1991 census there were some
13,000 inhabitants living on the city territory, some 10,000 in
the urban area itself.
It seems that Beli Manastir had no town status in Hungary in
1940's when the set of municipal flags was granted, though I
would guess that the modern Coat of Arms must be based on the
pre-WWII model while Beli Manastir. was in the Hungarian County
of Baranya (when it was called Monostor, I believe).
The modern Coat of Arms is picturing the saint patron of Beli
Manastir, St. Martin, standing on embatteled wall holding in
dexter a cross and in siniter part of his coat.
It must have been adopted after 1995, with a flag to go with it,
on which I have no info, unfortunately.

Beli Manastir is a city in the Osijek-Baranja County with
about 13,500 inhabitants (10,000 in the city itself) and is the
center of the Croatian part of the Baranja region so 20 km north
of Osijek.
The coat of arms is picturing the saint patron of Beli Manastir,
St. Martin, standing on embatteled wall holding in his dexter a
cross and in his sinister a part of his coat.
The flag is blue with the coat of arms in the middle.
The coat of arms is from Grad Beli Manastir <www.beli-manastir.hr>
while the flag was spoted by Tomislav ipek on Croatian TV.
