Overview

Nedelišce (Nedelis<c/e) is a community few kilometers due west of Cakovec. It is relatively highly populated, with over 11,000 inhabitants, somewhat less then 5,000 living in the main town of the same name.

The first is the decision on the coat of arms and the flag found at the Nedelisce site, while the remaining two are articles from a local newspapers describing the adoption (process). The current coat of arms and the flag are adopted on 25 Sep 2002, though there was already a similar coat of arms in unofficial use even before.
The coat of arms is vert a printing binding press or with a book argent leathered gules. The printing press is chosen to represent that in Nedelišce was one among the oldest printer's shops in Croatia.
The flag is green with the coat of arms in the middle bordered yellow.
The Previous Coat of Arms already included the printing press and served as a model for the current one: Vert on a Fess Argent a Printing Press Sable and in base a Mullet of Ten of the second. The ten rays of the mullet were to represent 10 vilages that consitute the communty. To the best of my knowalge tehre was no flag to complement this previous coat of arms.
