Whilst watching a movie called 'Equilibrium', the attached flag was displayed fluttering in the breeze near the start of the film. It only appears briefly, but you do get a nice clear view of it.
It appears to belong to a fictional 'future' country named 'Libria'. A totalitarian state where war & hatred are a thing of the past and 'feeling' is a crime punishable by death. The state controls its population via the use of a drug called 'prozium' which subdues human emotions.
Looking at the flag, it seems to be the usual lazy movie effort where fascist or totalitarian type states are involved. A red background, white centre circle and a black 'swastika' variant cross in the centre.
