This flag appears very often in one of James Bond's movies (can't remember which one. I saw it some years ago). That's the flag of the criminal organization 'Spectre' (very bad guys) It's a horizontal triband of yellow, black, yellow with nothing else on it.
Jorge Candeias, 8 August 1998
There was also a flag in "Octopussy", a white flag with an octopus
design (and a gold fringe; part of the design?). I found it curious,
since the octopus was also used as a SPECTRE emblem.

In the James Bondīs
movie" Live and Let Die" ( 1973 ), there is a flag for the fictional country of San Monique. It can be seen in one scene and this is the design: The colours of the horizontal bars are blue (FIAV B), white (FIAV W), green (FIAV V-), white (FIAV W) and blue (FIAV B). It is similar to Surinamīs national flag except for the colours and the national coat of arms. The movie clarified that this island is located in the Caraibeans.
