According to the Manual del Estado Español (Handbook of the Spanish State, Spanish text only) by Editorial Lama, there is no provincial flag, the coat of arms being adopted in 1841 and simplified in 1972:

En forma de tarja inclinada en la que figuran las barras de Aragón, surmontado de casco puesto de perfil mirando a la diestra, y ceñido por la corona real abierta y un grifo o "drac alat" como cimera.
