From the Catalan Vexillological Association website (my translation):

Province: Lleida
County (comarca): Solsonès
Adopted: 25.05.1990
Meaning: The central pale, chequered black and yellow, stands for the Olius Castle, which belonged to the count of Urgell. The crescent and the fleur-de-lys stand for the Mother of God, the town's patroness.
Area: 53.46 km²
Population (1991): 486

A vertically striped flag, the hoist and fly stripes red, the middle stripe chequered yellow and black (three columns by six rows). On the canton, a white fleur-de-lys above a white crescent. Colours and charges from the city arms, as it appears in the Catalan Vexillological Association website.
