Description

Blue flag with a horizontal yellow stripe, indented on its bottom side showing eight full notches and two half notches, placed between 5/9 and 6/9 of the flag's height [measured from the top], and a horizontal, wavy white stripe, showing five wave crests, placed between 7/9 and 8/9 of the flag's height [idem].
