Arabic is written the other way around so the letters are
Ka (C) and Sin (S). Those are written in as initials
and therefore are not connected as it would be in regular writing of
CS.
I guess they were hand written on the image becouse of missing Arabic
fonts, since it is expected to be more caligraphical written.
The two little stripes above the right letter should be two dots.
