Design of coat of arms comes from the coat of arms of Harjumaa
because most of the Raplamaa is part of historic Harjumaa. Colors
come from coat of arms of Harjumaa, Järvamaa, Läänemaa and
Pärnumaa. Raplamaa was formed from parts of these counties.
