Petserimaa is not one of Estonia's current counties. No county have an harp as its symbol in this days. Mayby it was an old county that ceased from existence.
Dov Gutterman, 19 July 1999

Petserimaa was Estonian county from 1920 to 1945. At the beginning of Soviet occupation this was divided between Pskov region in Russian SFSR and Vorumaa in Estonian SSR. Current Estonian municipalities of Mikitamäe and Värska in Pulvamaa and Meremae in Vurumaa and Petseri district in region of Pskov in Russia are part of former Petserimaa.
Erki Kurrikoff, 14 April 2001

Petserimaa = Petseri county. Petseri is former (Estonian) name of the city, current (Russian) name is Pechory, it's in Pskov region, Russia now.

Coat of Arms are azure a harp or. The flag is a white over light blue bicolor with the arms in the center of the upper stripe. This contradicts Estonia - Subdivisions (Overview), where the (current and contemporary) pattern of white over green is given.
