Red field with a black shield at hoist, three stylized white sailing boats and two white waves. The burgees of both yacht clubs located in Bocholt share the same waves. Bocholt is located northwest of the Ruhr area, close to the Dutch border. There is another Bocholt in Belgium (Limburg Province). 1920 is probably the year the club was founded. The burgee seems to be more recent. Source: yacht club website.

The black shield is a stylized version of the yacht club's arms, shown at the yacht club homepage.
