Slatina municipality flag
Slatina is a municipality in Novy Jicin district, Moravosilesian region
in Eastern Czechia. The flag is depicted in Petr Exner's Vexilologický
Lexikon prapory obcí ČR (1998); Flag adopted 19 May 1998.
This Slatina is not to be confused with Slatina
in Litomerice, and the one in the agglomeration
of Brno.
There is a small CoA at this website
- described as:
"Zlato-červeně dělený štít, nahoře horní polovina slezské orlice, dole
dvě zkřížené sekery nad radlicí, vše stříbrné."
The same site described the flag as:
"Prapor obdélníkového tvaru: Zlato-červeně dělený štít, nahoře horní
polovina slezské orlice, dole dvě zkřížené sekery nad radlicí, vše stříbrné."
Three vertical stripes of black - red - white, proportioned 2:9:9;
on red two axes in saltire over a plough-iron, all white. (the description
on the site differs from the one in VexLex - it seems to include the Silesian
eagle from the CoA)
