Česká Lípa: the new flag is horizontally white over blue, with two
black crossed "ostrevs" centered in the white stripe. ("Ostrev" is a branch
with few gnarled branches ... I don't know the proper heraldical English
term ... see flags of Jitkov, Havlickuv Brod
district, and Kokorin, Melnik district).
