What kind of dog is that? Someone suggested it was a greyhound, but
as far as I know dogs of that and related breeds (whippet, Italian greyhound)
have much skinnier legs, the better to sprint with.
On the other hand, the drawing seems to reveal the dog to be rampant
in more than one way... ;-)

V žerďové polovině žlutý chrt ve skoku s červeným jazykem a obojkem.
Leaf consisting of five stripes of blue and white colors. At the hoist
a yellow jumping greyhound with red tongue and collar.
Hmmm - chrt (greyhound) sounds quite speedy...
