The flag consists of the town shield on a white 1:2 field. Here is the information about the shield provided at town hall:

The Quispamsis Crest (sic) consists of six symbols signifying the joining of the former communities of Gondola Point, Quispamsis and Wells, as part of amalgamation in 1998. The Rainbow (Red, Yellow, Orange) represents the Province of NB. The rainbow colours are the main colours of the New Brunswick flag. The maple leaf represents Canada. The tree signifies the original beautiful parks and forest land and was part of the original Quispamsis Crest. The water represents the scenic Kennebecasis River which borders the Town. The gondola was part of the original Gondola Point Crest which signified the gondola (raft) used in the logging days of the river. The sun represents the sun shining upon us all.

I noticed that the tree trunk and gondola are represented as brown on the shield painted on the town vehicles and arena. They are however light yellow on the flag.
