Overview

I found this flag, text law, at Flag of State Committee on Aviation site. From what this reads:  Flag size is 75x150 cm, which it is in 1:2 ratio.  It is the same ratio as the Belarussian national flag.  It is a blue color, but did not give specifics.  From the left side (hoist) of the flag, a red isosceles triangle is placed.  The red is not defined, but I am taking a guess it is the same color of red used on the national flag of Belarus The middle of the triangle should be even with the middle of the hoist.  The base of the triangle is 40 cm, while the height is 85 cm.  In the center of this triangle, the symbol of the SAC is placed in the middle of it.  The wingspan of the seal is given at 40 cm.
But, then, I realize something.  This flag is almost exactly modeled after a Soviet-era flag:  the flag of Aeroflot, the Soviet airline. The only differences are:  the colors are switched and there is no star at the top of the flag.  Because of this, It probably should the same shade of blue which is used on Aeroflot (civil avaition) flag.
