The Flag

I located the Coat of Arms at <www.volkovysk.com>. I don't know what is written there but the measurments of 110X180 cm. made me think maybe a flag is involved too.

The flag - blue piece of cloth with the representation of the wolf from the Coat of Arms in the given dimentions is an official symbol of the city and the district (rayon) of Volkovysk.
