Goombay Summer Pennant

While perusing "Bahamian Symbols, the First Five Centuries" by Whitney Smith [smi76b], published by the Government of the Bahamas in 1976 and appearing as Vol. XV, No. 2-3 of The Flag Bulletin, I chanced upon the "publicity pennant" of the "Goombay Summer." Not knowing of this, I searched the volume for more information. Here is what is written:
"Another well-known flag many might not think to include in a study of Bahamian symbols is the Goombay Summer pennant (Fig. 34). To be sure, it has no traditional basis in Bahamian folklore, having been developed by an advertising agency in 1971. Nevertheless the activities associated with Goombay Summer are authentic and the pennant, with its happy face of unusual design, expresses the spirit of gaiety and abandon which make the Junkanoo Parade and similar activities so appealing to foreign tourists."
The pennant is pictured in a black and white line drawing. Does anyone know the colors?

Regarding the Bahamas "Goombay Summer" pennant , I went to a Goomaby festival some years ago, and bought a T-Shirt with this symbol on it. I could not locate this shirt, but this evening, I happened to glance at a photograph that my sister gave to me, and in this picture, I was wearing the Bahamian shirt!
